Please submit requests as early as possible, at a minimum of thirty days before the event. Once we receive this information, we will determine if we are able to run the trip, and respond to you within one week. NOTE: We do not feel comfortable providing service late at night and will not be able to honor requests later than 9:00pm in most circumstances.



We reserve the right to cancel your trip at ANY time due to unsafe travel conditions caused by weather.

The purpose of the Commonwealth Coach and Trolley Museum, Inc. (a 501-c-3 charitable organization) is to educate Virginians about the history, use, and efficiency of public transit, all while serving non-profit organizations and public events. All personnel who drive and maintain the fleet are non paid and the museum only asks for donations for fuel and maintenance if an organization is capable of assistance.
